1. Visit by PC

Way1. Visit by CMS software

“Config Management”→”Device Config”→”Search Camera”

Go to “Video view”click camera IP address, the camera image will show.

Way 2. Visit by IE browser

Type in camera local IP address in search bar, there will be Active-X jump out.Install it in PC, the camera log in interface will show.Default user name is “admin”, and password “123456”.

After log in, camera image can be seen.To set up camera, go to “Config” menu.

In camera config menu “Network”→”Network status”, it shows camera cloud ID.

2. Visit by smart phone (Iphone IOS, Android OS)

Download “DANALE” App from App store or website www.danale.com

Install DANALE App, log in after regist → Click “Add device”→ Type in LAN password and click “QR code to add”.

Scan camera QR code in IE→ name the camera→View the image.

If the items are detained by customs after the shipment has been left the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

If the package is refused by the buyer for the custom fee, the buyer will be responsible for the round trip shipping fee.

5) Charge remote area fee

If the destination is diagnosed as remote area, we have following solutions.

If buyer insist original place, buyer will be responsible for the remote fee.(Usual for 20usd)

If buyer can replace original place to another one which is not remote area, it does not need extra remote fee.

Buyer can allow us ship by another shipping way.

3. Return and Refund

1)Products could be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days after you receive it.

Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories.Náklady na dopravu sú nevratné.

DVR a Kamery môžu byť vrátené na opravu do 1 roka od dátumu nákupu.

Pred začatím akéhokoľvek vrátiť, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) musí byť vydané kontaktovať predávajúceho.

Všetky produkty sa vrátil do usa bez RMA bude zaslaný späť kupujúcemu na jeho náklady.

Kupujúci je zodpovedný za náklady spojené s vrátením tovar.
